You can study for a higher national diploma or degree in a relevant subject, like:
Several universities, colleges and drama schools also offer courses in performing arts production or design for film and television. You'll usually need 1 or 2 A-Levels, or equivalent, for a higher national diploma. You'll need 2 to 3 A-Levels, or equivalent, for a degree.
You could learn some of the skills you need for this job through a college course like a Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in Production Arts. You'll usually need 4 or 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent.
You could start as a set designer's assistant, art department trainee, prop maker or a runner in film or TV and work your way up.

Candidates will undertake four-weeks of employability workshops with Catch22, learning about the tech industry and employability skills, whilst networking and engaging in projects with other participants. During the workshops, participants attend a session run by Microsoft employees, where they will have the opportunity to ask them questions and hear about their careers so far.Following the four-week workshops, candidates will work with a tech-industry-specialist Career Coach to tailor their CVs, cover letters and interview skills, finding and applying for jobsapprenticeships within tech. Once participants are in employment, we offer in-work support for 6-months.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: -Not in work or education-Between 18-30-Interested in techcomputer literate-Access to a computer or laptop to join the sessions
