Following the four-week workshops, candidates will work with a tech-industry-specialist Career Coach to tailor their CVs, cover letters and interview skills, finding and applying for jobs/apprenticeships within tech. Once participants are in employment, we offer in-work support for 6-months.

This entire programme is completely remote, from your own laptop or desktop computer.

You will attend 3-4 weeks of workshops (for two days a week, 10:00-16:00), where you will be given an introduction to the tech industry gain employability/CV skills. During these workshops, a Microsoft employees will talk to the group and you will have the opportunity to ask them any questions you have about their careers so far.

After the workshops, you will work with your Career Coach on a 1-1 basis, at a time to suit you, to tailor your CVs and cover letters, work on interview skills and find/apply for tech jobs. Once participants are in employment, we offer in-work support for 6-months.
