Description

Ben Pauling Racing is based at Naunton Downs, nestled in the rolling hills of The Cotswolds countryside. Due to the expansion they are looking for a full time racing apprentice to join them on their brand new purpose build yard.

Enthusiastic and fun applicants to join their festival and grade 1 winning team with opportunity to ride out and look after some top class racehorses, experience top class racing and race days.

All applicants must be competent riders, have a understanding and experience of providing a high level of care to horses and be great team players.

With options to further your career by taking your Senior Level 3 Apprenticeship if you wish.

The opportunity to earn above a first class salary for the right people, gain plenty of bonuses and pool money throughout the season.

Fantastic accommodation available.

40 - 48 hours a week depending on age over 5-6 days.

Equine experience will be essential both caring and riding ideally with in competition racehorses.

Be a team player and have high standards

GCSE Level 4/ Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent.
