Description
The Business Administration Apprentice will be
part of the Topic Selection team within the Centre for Health Technology
Evaluation (CHTE) directorate. The successful candidate will play an integral
role in supporting the team, providing a range of administrative duties.
Main responsibilities:
- Update,
manage and maintain records and databases
- Regularly
collate and report on topic information
- Act
as first point of call for queries and questions
- Provide
meeting support by through diary management and preparing, collating, and
distributing papers.
- Regularly
liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

- Good IT skills are required, including a proficiency in MS Office
(especially Outlook, Word and Excel – although training can be offered).
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs A*-C including English and Maths or equivalent
qualifications.
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English
- Flexible
attitude to working environment and ability to work as part of a team
