Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate production of reports.
- Updating and maintaining key spreadsheets.
- Assisting with journal entries and month end processes.
- Treasury team support, including assisting with bank reconciliations, relevant ledger postings and closing balances update.
- Assisting with production of reports for online, store and retail reconciliations.
- Assisting with preparations for online, store and retail balance sheets.
- Assistance with weekly store and alternative payment type reconciliations.
- Assist with financial period close and reporting, including quarter and year ends.
- Providing internal and external audit deliverables to deadline.
- Supporting Accounts Receivable processing at peak times.
- Providing holiday cover on Accounts Receivable processes as necessary.
- Providing cover for other members of the team as and when required.
- Support the onboarding process for new brands.
- Work with payment gateway providers and acquirers to set up new sites.
- Production of board minutes during external calls.
- Other ad hoc accounts admin duties.
