Grooming Assistant Apprenticeship
If
you are interested in dog grooming and are a looking to build a career in grooming,

We
will provide full training which will provide you with maximum
exposure to training and development opportunities to further your grooming
career.
Job
Purpose:
To be passionate about grooming and deliver the
highest standards in grooming. Excellent customer service & communication
skills to assist with driving sales in salon.
Key
Responsibilities
·
Assist in the day-to day running of the
salon; all preparatory work and relevant administration
·
Active role with hands-on dogs;
including but not limited to bathing, drying, styling and nail clipping
·
Maintain exceptional Salon Store
Standards across all customer facing and ‘back of house’ areas
·
Have an active input into salon KPI’s
and objectives including providing excellent customer service
·
Take part in all training activities to
develop grooming and wider salon skills
·
Any adhoc requests
·
Ensure personal compliance with all
company policies and procedures
·
Ensure all Health & Safety
compliance is up to date within the store legislation
