Customer Service Apprenticeships 12-months

At DLG we are obsessed by creating fantastic customer experiences and our roles provide the opportunity to get hands on experience supporting our customers. We are on a transformation journey to become a data driven, tech led insurer and we are investing in our employees’ development to ensure they have the skills not only for today but also tomorrow. 

So, as part of this role you will not only have access to training to develop your customer service skills, you will also learn about the power of data and how to make the best use of the information you have access to. Accident Repair Centre Apprenticeships 3-year programme

You’ll become an essential part of their team by being the next generations of Technicians. The future is ambitious, now the technologies used in Body Shops are evolving every single day. You will be relationships with our team of qualified Technicians and diverse people so they can help nurture your potential and help you flourish in the role.

Starting in September you can expect to enjoy a wide-array of benefits. You'll also enjoy 22 days’ holiday with the option to buy or sell up to five days. What’s more, your benefits are flexible.
