The Programme

A career in accountancy is about much more than numbers. At BDO, it’s about gaining early exposure and using your skills to solve complex, challenging problems for their clients. If you’re ready to start earning while you learn at a friendly place that will bring out the best in you, BDO’s School Leaver Programme lets you do all of this and more.

You’ll be supported throughout your training by a network of like-minded people as you get to know the ins and outs of their business. BDO offer School Leaver programmes in three key areas: Audit, Tax and Business Services & Outsourcing.

What they’re looking for

They’ll expect you to have or be predicted 3 A Levels in any subject (excluding General Studies and Extended Projects) at grades A* - C. You should also have GCSEs in Maths and English Language, at grades 9 - 4. Equivalent international qualifications are welcome.

BDO know that your qualifications and work experience don’t tell them the full story. So, they’re keen to find out what you care about and love to do in life.
