Minimum grade C / 4 in English and Maths is preferred.

Provide excellent support and administrative service to the LCV Fleet sales team to enable the efficient and effective running of the department, flow of stock and establish Motus Commercials as a key dealer group for our franchise partners, including VW, Fiat, Ford, Isuzu and Mercedes Benz. To help the Group exploit the investments made and continue our growth plan in this fast moving area of our UK business.


Assist the Fleet administrator & Fleet sales Team with all administrative tasks associated with the end-to-end process of delivering the fleet service, from order through to delivery fulfilment and payment of service. Be an additional point of contact for customers, ensuring that appropriate systems and databases are kept up to date within agreed SLA’s and that vehicles are delivered ‘right first time, every time’ to enable new opportunities to be further exploited and grown within the LCV Fleet business.

Key Accountabilities:

· Support the Fleet sales administrator with all aspects of the fleet administration function

· Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction, and within agreed SLA’s in terms of timescale.

· Be a reactive and proactive contact point for all customers, manufacturer partners and suppliers to supplement other corporate sales team members and related staff

· Liaise with the regional teams to provide pricing and product information to support both corporate sales team members, related staff and customers.

· Assist Fleet team members with quotes and order progression via the Leaselink system

· Assist with timely updates of Leaselink (and similar) systems.

· Assist in updating Fleet spreadsheets/smartsheets with accurate order information and ensure all relevant order documentation is loaded

· Assist in booking cost effective deliveries for Fleet vehicles and ensure they are carried out following Motus Fleet handover guidelines

· Identify and develop cost saving strategies in relation to the fleet order to delivery process

· Liaise with customer nominated third party suppliers throughout the vehicle build process to ensure vehicles are converted and delivered within acceptable timescales

· Work closely with Final Vehicle QC to ensure vehicles are checked for accuracy and quality prior to final delivery

· Carry out Pre & Post-Handover calls to monitor CSI and to provide accurate delivery information

· Ensure vehicle invoices are raised accurately prior to vehicle delivery and that all pay-out documentation is uploaded in Leaselink within 24hours of vehicle delivery

· Provide monthly feedback on activity and progress.
